Spray booth manufacturer – powder and liquid coating booths

GWO-MAL is a Polish spray booth manufacturer with over 30 years of experience in the industry. We produce powder coating booths and liquid paint booths. Every spray booth is designed and manufactured at our facility in Wieluń, tailored to individual customer requirements – part dimensions, production capacity and available floor space.

Types of GWO-MAL spray booths

We offer a wide range of spray booths adapted to various technologies and production scales:

  • PVC powder booths (dielectric): Ideal for automatic lines with frequent colour changes. PVC material reduces electrostatic powder adhesion, making cleaning easier and minimising colour change downtime.
  • Stainless steel powder booths: Classic, reliable solution for service and production paint shops. High mechanical durability and long service life.
  • Manual and pass-through booths: For parts of various dimensions – from small components to large steel structures. Flexible entry opening configuration.
  • Liquid paint booths (wet spray): For liquid paints, lacquers and epoxy coatings. Equipped with ventilation and filtration systems required by safety regulations.

Standard equipment of a powder coating booth

Every GWO-MAL spray booth is delivered as a ready-to-install module with complete equipment:

  • Enclosure: Anti-static PVC panels or galvanised/stainless steel sheet, sealed with silicone profile.
  • Lighting: External LED lighting through toughened safety glass or plastic windows – ATEX compliance.
  • Filtration system: Cyclone separator + filter module (dust collector) with automatic filter cleaning – paint recovery up to 99%.
  • Cleaning trolleys: Removable powder containers with drawers to facilitate cleaning and colour change.

Spray booths tailored to your production line

As a spray booth manufacturer we design solutions from scratch or integrate booths with existing plant infrastructure. GWO-MAL booths work with painting manipulators and guns from leading brands (Nordson, Gema, Wagner). We also offer booth-dryers (combined booth and polymerization oven in one enclosure) for facilities with limited floor space.

FAQ – spray booths

What is the difference between a powder coating booth and a liquid paint booth?

A powder coating booth is used for electrostatic application of powder paint; a liquid paint booth is for spray application of liquid paints. Powder booths require a powder recovery system (cyclone+filter), liquid booths require ventilation with paint mist filtration. We produce both types.

How do I choose the right spray booth size for my parts?

The booth size is determined by the dimensions of the largest part to be coated, enlarged by 60–80 cm on each side (for operator or manipulator clearance). Our technical department will help select the right variant.

Do GWO-MAL spray booths comply with ATEX standards?

Yes. Our powder booths are designed in accordance with ATEX directive requirements for explosion-risk zones (zone 22). We use external lighting, safe materials and isolated electrical connections.
