GWO-MAL is a Polish manufacturer of powder coating lines from Wieluń with over 30 years of experience. We design and build complete powder coating lines – from surface preparation, through paint application, to polymerization and transport systems. Each painting line is individually designed, adapted to the plant layout, production volume and type of customer parts.
Types of powder coating lines
We offer two main variants of painting lines adapted to the scale of production:
- Manual powder coating lines: Ideal for small and medium-sized plants. The operator manually applies the powder paint, and the line ensures optimal flow of parts through successive stages – washing, drying, coating and polymerization.
- Automatic powder coating lines: For large series production. Nordson or Gema powder guns are controlled automatically, ensuring coating consistency and minimal paint consumption.
- Monorail and Power&Free transport systems: Overhead conveyor systems adapted to the dimensions and weight of parts.
What is included in a complete powder coating line?
Each GWO-MAL powder coating line is an integrated system consisting of key components:
- Surface preparation: Automatic washers (1-, 3- or 5-stage), tank lines for degreasing and phosphating, shot blasting machines.
- Paint application: Powder booths in PVC or stainless steel, painting manipulators, cyclone separators and powder dust collectors.
- Coating curing: Electric, gas or oil polymerization ovens with capacity adapted to line efficiency.
- Transport and logistics: Overhead conveyor systems (monorail, Power&Free), floor conveyors, hangers and accessories.

How much does a complete powder coating line cost?
The cost of a coating line depends on many factors: capacity (parts/h), degree of automation, part dimensions and type of transport system. Small manual lines start from approx. €35,000, automatic lines from €95,000 and up. Contact us for a free quote.
How long does it take to build and install a coating line?
The realization of a complete painting line typically takes 3 to 6 months, depending on project complexity. After signing the contract and approving the 3D design, we manufacture the equipment in our plant, then carry out assembly and commissioning at the customer's site.
Do you offer after-sales service for coating lines?
Yes. GWO-MAL provides full warranty and post-warranty service, operator training, machine relocation and spare parts supply. We are a long-term partner, not just an equipment supplier.
