Powder paint shop from scratch – complete turnkey realization

GWO-MAL is an experienced powder paint shop manufacturer from Wieluń, Poland, with over 30 years of experience delivering investments for companies across Poland and Europe. We build powder coating facilities on a turnkey basis – meaning we take responsibility for every stage: from detailed 3D technical design, through production of all equipment at our facility, transport and assembly, to line commissioning and staff training.

How does the powder paint shop construction process work?

Building a powder coating facility is a multi-stage project that GWO-MAL delivers systematically:

  • Stage 1 – Analysis & Design: Site visit at the customer's plant, hall assessment, capacity and technology requirements. Preparation of a full 3D design of the paint shop.
  • Stage 2 – Equipment Production: Own manufacturing facility in Wieluń. Production of powder booths, polymerization ovens, washers, transport systems and all equipment.
  • Stage 3 – Assembly & Commissioning: Transport of equipment to customer's site, complete line assembly, electrical and gas connections, technological commissioning and testing.
  • Stage 4 – Training & Service: Operator training on equipment use and maintenance. Warranty and post-warranty service throughout the facility's lifetime.

What equipment makes up a powder coating facility?

A complete GWO-MAL powder coating facility is an integrated set of technological equipment:

  • Surface preparation: Automatic washers (degreasing, phosphating, passivation) or manual spray washers. Shot blasting machines for mechanical surface treatment.
  • Powder paint application: PVC or stainless steel powder booths. Painting manipulators (automatic or manual). Nordson/Gema powder guns.
  • Paint recovery: Cyclone separators + powder dust collectors with filter regeneration. Recovery efficiency up to 99%.
  • Coating curing: Electric, gas or oil polymerization ovens. Booth-dryers (combined booth and oven in one enclosure).
  • Transport: Overhead conveyor systems (monorail, Power&Free), floor conveyors, hangers.
