Surface preparation - Automatic, Tact and manual washers
Spray washers are devices designed to prepare the surface of objects before painting.
Different processes can be implemented in washers:- degreasing
- fosforanowanie żelazowe
- fosforanowanie cynkowe
- passivation
As part of devices for preparing the surface of details before painting, we distinguish automatic spray washers and manual spray washers. Automatic spray washers can be used in continuous lines and in tact lines.
The automatic spray washer consists of:- a tunnel that is also a load-bearing structure of the conveyor
- bath tanks for individual shower zones
- shower system with bath circuit pumps
- exhaust ventilation
The entrance and exit zone prevents the sprayed washing liquid and water from escaping outside the device. The tunnel between the successive spray zones is shaped in such a way as to prevent the bath from being transferred between individual tanks. The manual spray washer can be made in a pass-through or blind version
The hand washing chamber consists of the following assemblies and equipment:- chambers with exhaust ducts, lighting, gates, service doors
- exhaust fan with an exhaust hood above the roof of the hall
- floors with grates and drainage channels to the tank - settling tank next to the washing chamber
- power and control board with installation for receivers
- high-pressure cleaner
- a device for recirculating the washing solution
After separation in the device for the recirculation of mechanical and oil impurities, the washing bath is returned for washing, the rinsing bath containing a minimum amount of impurities is directed to the plant sewage system. Oil impurities are collected in a separate container. The size of the working chamber is matched to the user's needs
